蛭石在汽车尾净化器衬垫中的应用研究

Study on Manufacture of Exhaust Device Mat by Using Vermiculite

蛭石本身所具有优良的性能使其在很多领域得到广泛的应用。本研究利用蛭石的膨胀性及耐高温性能,将其加入含有矿物纤维的混合纤维体系,用湿法抄纸的工艺制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫,探索其在特种纸领域的应用。实验表明,蛭石的加入赋予了汽车尾气净化器衬垫良好的膨胀性。

Vermiculite has many excellent performances,and is widely used in many fields.To make good use of the expansion and high temperature resistance properties of vermiculite,the paper studied how to make exhaust device mat by mixing vermiculite with other fibers and the feasibility of its application in papermaking field.The study shows vermiculite can improve the mat expansion performance effectively.
