改性凹凸棒土处理活性黑KN-B染料废水的研究

Study on the Treatment of Reactive Black KN-B Dye Wastewater with Modified Attapulgite

针对许多地区缺水越来越严重的状况,开发了一种高效廉价深度水处理吸附剂PDMDAAC-凹凸棒土,它以凹凸棒土和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)为原料,常温下制备而成。用该改性凹凸棒土对活性黑KN-B染料废水进行处理。结果表明,当活性黑浓度为20mg/L,吸附剂用量为0.03%,pH值为8.0,振荡吸附时间为60min时,活性黑染料废水脱色率达到98.3%,吸附容量为65.5mg/g。

The highly effective cheap adsorbent PDMDAAC-attapulgite has been developed for advanced treatment of water facing that many places are lacking of water worse and worse.PDMDAAC-attapulgite was made from poly dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and attapulgite.Reactive black KN-B dye wastewater was treated with this modified attapulgite.Experimental results showed that when the concentration of reactive black dye was 20 mg/L,the amount of adsorbent was 0.03 %,pH value was 8.0,shaking adsorption time was 60 min,the decoloring rate could reach up to 98.3 %.The adsorption amount was 65.5 mg/g.
