6例重症和危重甲型H1N1流感患者临床分析

The clinical features of 6 cases with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza

目的探讨影响重症甲型H1N1流感预后的因素。方法具体分析6例重症和危重甲型H1N1流感患者的临床表现和诊治过程。结果经过积极的抗病毒治疗和机械通气治疗纠正呼吸衰竭,6例患者均痊愈出院。结论抗病毒治疗和机械通气能改善患者的预后。

Objective To explore the prognosis factor of patients with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.Methods To analysize manifestation and treatment of 6 cases with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.Results 6 cases with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza recovered through active anti-virus and mechanical ventination treatment.Conclusion Anti-virus and mechanical ventination treatment can improve the prognosis of patients with severe pandemic H1N1 influenza.
