52例脑转移瘤^(60)Co放疗疗效分析

52 cases of metastatic brain tumor ^(60)Co Radiotherapy

目的通过对52例脑转移瘤60Co放射治疗,分析其治疗效果和价值。方法 52例全部行60Co全脑照射30Gy/10F/2周,后用三维适形放射治疗(3-DCRT)局部加量20～30Gy/10～15F/2～3周,同时给予预防及治疗脑水肿,全身支持治疗。结果放疗前后脑CT对比有效率为82.6%(43/52),对头痛、运动障碍等症状改善效果明显。结论脑转移瘤60Co放疗是一种较为安全有效的治疗措施,对于延长生存期,提高生存质量有较好的效果。

Objective Through the 52 cases of brain metastases 60Co radiation therapy,analysis of their therapeutic effect and the application value.Methods All 52 cases of brain metastases accept 60Co whole brain irradiation,then use three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3-DCRT） plus the amount of local 20～30 Gy/10～15f/2～3w,While giving the prevention and treatment of cerebral edema,Systemic support therapy.Results Comparison of brain CT before and after radiotherapy rate was 82.6%（43/52）,Of headache,movement disorders and other symptoms improve performance significantly.Conclusion 60Co radiotherapy of brain metastases is a relatively safe and effective treatment measures,For prolong survival and improve quality of life have better results.
