摘要
目的探讨早发冠心病患者淋巴细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白的水平变化。方法对34例早发冠心病患者和40例对照组患者采用流式细胞术测定T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8),采用免疫散射比浊法测定免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)。比较两组各数据。结果早发冠心病组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),IgG比对照组显著增加(P<0.05);早发冠心病组CD8比对照组略低,IgA、IgM比对照组增高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早发冠心病患者淋巴细胞亚群;免疫球蛋白异常;存在免疫功能失调。
Objective To assess the changes of lymphocyte subsets distribution type and serum levels of immunoglobin in patients with early-onset coronary artery disease.Methods Lymphocyte subsets distribution type detected by flow cytometry,and serum levels of immunoglobin detected by nephelometry were determined in 34 cases of early-onset coronary artery disease and 40 controls.Results CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in early-onset coronary artery disease were significantly decreased less than in controls (P0.05).IgG in early-onset coronary artery disease was significantly increased more than in controls (P0.05).Comparing with in controls,CD8 was decreased and IgA,IgM were increased in early-onset coronary artery disease.But there were no significant differences (P0.05).Conclusion The disorder of immune system is closely associated with early-onset coronary artery disease.
