摘要
多尺度熵可以用于描述时间序列在不同时间尺度上的无规则程度,基于小波的多尺度分解,提出一种用小波熵对微机电陀螺仪噪声分析的方法。通过分析微机电陀螺仪中不同噪声的功率谱特性,从理论上验证了典型的白噪声和1/f噪声的存在,并对白噪声和1/f噪声的小波熵计算公式进行了推导。结合实验对设计方案进行了性能测试,根据微机电陀螺仪的实测数据,描述了小波熵随尺度变换的特性。实验结果为现有微机电陀螺仪的噪声分析提供了一种新的方法,并从理论和实际的角度共同验证了小波熵的准确性和适用性。
As the multi-scale entropy can be used to describe the level of non-rules to the time series at the different time scales,based on the multi-scale decomposition of wavelet,this paper proposes a method to analyze noise of MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) gyroscope using wavelet entropy.At first,power spectral characteritics is analyzed for the different MEMS gyroscope noise,and the presence of white noise and 1/f noise are verified in theory.And then,the wavelet entropy formula of white noise and 1/f noise are derived.Based on performance testing to the experimental design programs,the wavelet entropy characteritics are described by the measured data of MEMS gyroscopes.This paper provides a new approach to analysis noise of MEMS gyroscope,and validates the accurateness and applicability of the wavelet entropy from both theoretical and practical angles.
