摘要
提出了一种检测印版水量的方法,即通过湿度传感器间接测量印版水量。设计相应的测量室以保证测量时温度的统一,从而实现对印版水量的正确检测,并通过实验检测的实际测量数据,建立了相应的自适应神经网络模糊推理系统模型。
This paper suggests a kind of real-time method for testing and measuring water quantity in offset printing plate,i.e.to measure water quantity in offset printing plate via the humidity sensor indirectly.The corresponding measuring chamber is designed to ensure the uniformity of temperature in carrying out the measurement,whereby achieving the correct measurement of water quantity of offset printing plate.The actual measured data via the experimental measurements are used to establish the model of Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS).The data from the experimental measurements have proved that the method for measuring water quantity in offset printing plate via humidity sensor is feasible and practical.
