以中国足球协会为例,对足球协会章程和项目规则中关于体育纪律处罚的规则和体育实践中的纪律处罚案例进行分析,揭示贯穿于纪律处罚的规则创设中的一般规律,提出我国足球协会纪律处罚规则设置的对策建议,从而为推动我国体育法制建设,实现足球竞赛的公平正义,促进和谐社会建设,创新我国的体育法学的理论与实践。

Taking Chinese Football Association as an example, the paper studies Football Association statutes and the rules, so as to promote the country＇s sports building of the legal system to achieve fairness and justice in the football competition, and promote the building of a harmonious society, rich in our nation＇ s sports law theory and provide reference.
