赛艇运动员专项训练准备期和比赛后免疫机能的研究 被引量:2

Research on Immune Function of Rowers during the Preparing Period of Special Training and Competition

摘要 通过对12名优秀女子赛艇运动员9周的跟踪调查,观察大运动量训练和比赛对其机体免疫机能的影响。结果显示:大运动量训练和比赛导致白细胞及其分类、NK细胞和免疫球蛋白明显下降,而调整又使其明显升高,但CD4+及CD4+/CD8+无明显变化。白细胞及其分类、NK细胞和免疫球蛋白与负荷变化基本同步,具有较高的敏感性,可作为诊断免疫机能的指标。 The purpose of the study is to assay the effect on the immune function of 12 elite female rowers during nine weeks strengthened training and contest. The result showed that the leucocytes, NK- cell and immune globulin decreased significantly after strengthened training and competition while these were recovered by adjusting load capacity. But there was no significant variation for CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + ratio. The leucocytes, NK - cell and immune globulin were consistent with that of training load and had a higher sensibility. These index can be used as diagnostic indicators of immune function.
