摘要
研究认为,我国百年来的中学体操教学,总体上经历了初步兴起、基本成型、改进提高、稳步发展、相对滑坡五个阶段;我国中学体操的各项内容,在不同的历史时期有着不同课时比重,反映了体操教学的内容与时代紧密相连的规律性;中学体操教学内容的变化,与社会需求的变化、教育理念的更新、政策措施的导向、经济实力的强弱,都有着密切的联系。
The authors argue that middle school gymnastics in our country has experienced five periods, they are: initially emerging period, shaping period, improving and enhancing period, stably developing period and relatively receding period. All contents of middle school gymnastics in our country occupied different period proportion in different historical periods, so it reflected the regularity that the content of courses of gymnastics must be suitable for each era. Meanwhile, the changes of contents of middle school gymnastics are deeply related to different needs of the society, as well as the innovation of instruction ideas, the trends of supervisors' policy and the development of our economy.
