System Design for the Single Cylinder Vacuum Resin Shot Dosing Equipment Based on Precision Measurement

根据灌注机工作原理,设计了一种无静态混合器的二组分真空树脂灌注机,并采用PLC进行电气和温度控制.与常规灌注机相比,该机具有结构简单、实用、操作方便等优点,但效率偏低,比较适合中小型企业.

The two-component vacuum resin shot dosing equipment,without static mixer,has been designed according to working principle of the dosing equipment in this paper.All electric and temperature control actions of the equipment were controlled by PLC.Compared with conventional dosing equipment,the dosing equipment,which suitable for middle-small enterprise,has advantages of simple structure,practicality,low cost and easy operation,but its efficiency is not high.
