热法联碱母液铵盐分离工艺技术分析

摘要 文章介绍热法联碱母液铵盐分离工艺利用盐硝和氯化铵不同温度下的溶解度差异,在高温下蒸发析出氯化钠和硫酸钠结晶、在低温下蒸发析出氯化铵结晶原理,优化了盐硝生产工艺方法。并阐述了此工艺的技术特点及主要设备。 This paper introduces the technique for separation of ammonium salt from mother liquor by thermal method, where the solubility difference between glauber's salt and ammonium chloride in different temperature is utilized. At higher temperature, sodium chloride and sodium sulfate are crystallized through evaporation and ammonium chloride is salted out through evaporation at lower temperature. This principle has optimized the process for the production of salt and glauber's salt. Also the technical characteristics of this process and the related equipment are introduced
