摘要
传统上,流域和海岸带属于两个独立管理单元,流域与海岸带属于两类生态系统类型。如果河流入海,就系统的层次性而言,它们组成了一个新的系统。本文基于系统论的视角,分别分析了流域与海岸两个系统的要素、边界、结构与过程,首次提出和解释勒流域——海岸连续统概念,并分析了此概念在流域与海岸带管理中的意义。
Traditionally,catchment and coastal zone are divided and managed as two separate ecosystems.If the river drains into the ocean,with regards to hierarchical property of systems,two compose a new higher system.Based on the system approach,the elements,boundaries,structure and process of catchment and coastal zone were analyzed.Firstly,the concept of Catchment-Coast Continuum was described and explained in detail.Its implications for the integrated coastal area and river basin management are elucidated.
