黑龙江省道路交通安全状况分析及对策探讨

Analysis of Traffic Safety Situation and Research on the Countermeasures in Heilongjiang Province

本文通过对黑龙江省１９９２年至１９９５年发生的８０７０起交通事故资料及其它相关资料的分析，着重介绍了黑龙江省道路交通安全现状，探讨并提出了相应的预防对策。

This paper takes 8070 traffic accident cases happened in Heilongjiang province from 1992 to 1995 as a study object.First,on the basis of bata collection,it makes analysis and assessment on the safety situation of road traffic in Heilongjiang province.Second,the causes and the characteristics of the traffic accidents are discussed,and it has been found that mixed traffic and lower friction coefficient of pavement in the cold season as well as the lack of traffic safety devices are the main causes on traffic accident′s occurrence in Heilongjiang province.Last,according to the conclusion gained above,the general safety countermeasures are suggested.
