摘要
以离子液体/乙酸乙酯双液相体系提取木质素并将其转化为香兰素。利用正交试验法确定了双液相体系对木质素的提取条件,离子液体质量分数和提取温度为提取的主要影响因素,在离子液体质量分数为60%,提取温度150℃,液固质量比为10∶1及保温时间2 h的条件下,粗木质素得率可达26.74%。提取的木质素通过紫外及红外表征,验证了木质素的芳香结构;将木质素产品通过两步反应得到香兰素并提纯,经检测所得香兰素纯度为99.4%。制得香兰素产品过程中没有使用传统工艺所必需的苯及甲苯等有毒溶剂,使所得香兰素产品应用范围更加广泛。
A two-phase liquid extraction system containing [Bmim][Cl]and ethyl acetate is used for extracting lignin from Abies holophylla Maxim,and the vanillin was synthesized by using lignin as raw material.The orthogonal experiment showed the key fact is the concentration of ionic liquid and temperature.When ionic liquid concentration is 60% and the ratio of liquor to material is 10∶1 and extract at 150 ℃ for 2 h,the yield is 26.74%.The lignin is characterized as aromatic structure by FTIR,UV-VIS.The vanillin was prepared from lignin with two steps and the content of purified vanillin was 99.8%,in which no toxic organic solvent of benzene and toluene were used.
