层合法制作高级鞋用纸板的工艺

摘要 用羧基丁苯乳胶对原纸进行内部层合以及表面施胶处理,提高其内部结合强度,并使其具有较高的耐磨、耐折及抗撕裂强度。通过鞋用纸板抄造条件实验及层合工艺条件实验,确定鞋用纸板各项性能指标:层合数5层,内部层合胶乳质量分数为26.95%,表面施胶质量分数为21.56%;在此条件下抄造的鞋用纸板各项物理强度及尺寸变形性数据:耐折度1 982次;层间剥离强度0.55 kN/m;浸水1 h的湿拉力91.2 N;吸水性42.35%;浸水1 h的伸长率0.2%;高温干燥1 h收缩率为0.7%,各项指标均适合制鞋用纸板且经济合理。 The high grade shoe board was made with layer-together technology,in which carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex was used for inside layer-together of original paper and surface sizing handle to strength interior combine intension,obvious bears to friction、bears to fold and wet strength.The results showed that concentration of glue use in inside layer-together is 26.95%,concentration of glue use in surface is 21.56% with five layers shoe board,fold endurance is 1 982 times,peeling strength is 0.55 kN/m,wet tension is 91.2 N,water absorbance is 42.35%,elongate rate is 0.2%,shrink rate is 0.7%,all of which are suitable for shoes with cardboard and economic rationality.
