摘要
通过采用7个不同浓度梯度的镉和六价铬离子分别对马氏珠母贝进行急性毒性实验,得出马氏珠母贝对Cd2+和Cr6+在48h和96h的半致死浓度LC50,其中Cd2+为5.10mg/L和3.01mg/L,Cr6+为38.19mg/L和9.85mg/L;计算出Cd2+和Cr6+对马氏珠母贝的安全质量浓度分别为0.030mg/L和0.985mg/L。Cd2+属于马氏珠母贝的剧毒重金属而Cr6+属于中毒重金属。
Seven treatments with different concentrations of Cd2 + and Cr6 + respectively were settled to test the acute toxicity effect on the pearl oyster Pinctada mactensii. The result show that median lethal concentrations ( LC50 ) of Cd2+ at 48h and 96h were 5.10 mg/L and 3.01mg/L respectively, and those of Cr6+ were 38. 19 mg/L and 9. 85 mg/L respectively. To this pearl oyster species, Cd2+ has heavier toxicity than Cr6+ .
