高新企业职工体育现状调查与研究——以宁波高新区为例

A Study on the Current Situation of Staff Sports in High-tech Enterprises——Taking Ningbo High-tech Industrial Zone as an Example

探索在经济快速增长下职工体育的组织管理与运行方法,揭示市场经济体制下职工体育锻炼的特点与规律,制定高新企业职工体育的发展对策,填补宁波市高新企业职工体育的空白。文章对高新企业职工体育的管理体制、组织运行和职工的体育锻炼意识与行为等方面进行分析研究,对于高新企业职工体育的开展乃至国民经济的增长都具有非常深远的意义。

In order to explore appropriate approaches of organization,management and running of staff sports under the circumstance of rapidly-growing economy,reveal its characteristics and principles in market-oriented economy system,draw up the development strategies of staff sports in the high-tech enterprises and fill in the gaps in the field of staff sports among high-tech firms of Ningbo city.This dissertation analyzes and studies the following aspects：the management system,organizational operation,staff＇s awareness and behaviors of sports,which is of profound significance to the development of staff sports among high-tech enterprises and even the increase of the national economy.
