大学生体质健康与心理健康的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between Physical Health and Mental Health of College Students

采用由国家教育部组织编制的《中国大学生心理健康相关评定量表》中的一份《中国大学生心理健康量表》,随机抽取1 656名大学生进行问卷调查。研究发现,大学生的体质健康与心理健康是呈相关性的,并且体质健康测试不同等级分值与心理健康特征的相关各不相同。研究还发现,体质健康测试不同等级人群的心理健康的特征存在差异性,特别是体质健康测试及格等级人群与良好等级人群有5个心理健康的特征存在差异。

Using Chinese College Students Mental Health Scale（CCSMHS） developed by National Ministry of Education,1656 college students selected at random were investigated by questionnaire survey.Research show that there is correlation between physical health and mental health of college student and the correlation between different physical health test score and mental health characteristic is different.There are significant difference of mental health characteristic among students with different physical health test score.Especially,there are 5 significant difference of mental health characteristic between students with just pass test and students with good score.
