摘要
对现行票额分配方法进行了简要阐述，剖析了该办法在市场经济条件下表现出来的几个问题，在此基础上，提出了“直通车座席号二次利用法”，并对此法进行了例证。
Having simply described the current method of allocating quota of tickets,and having objectively analyzed several questions brought about by the method under the condition of market economy,the author put forward the method of utilizing the numbers of seats of through trains for the second time.Also the author gave an example to demonstrate his theory.
