摘要
“八五”以来,我国铁路货运需求减缓,主要是由于我国铁路建设滞后,货运经济发展规律严重扭曲。运输“先行”是经济发展的前提,铁路更具有其他运输方式不可替代的作用,因而引起世界铁路的复苏和新生。目前,我国经济迎来了“高增长,低通胀”的高质量发展期,我们应掀起铁路建设新高潮,以迎接又一次运输需求高涨的来临。
Since the “eighth five year period”,demand for railway freight transport by the national economy has been decreasing.The main reason is the delay of railway construction,the development law of freight economy was distorted seriously.Transport“going ahead”is the premise of economic development,and railway's action can not be substituted by other modes,thus railway is recovering at the level of world.At present,China economy is experiencing a better development period of “high increase rate,low inflation rate”.We should bring the railway construction to a new climax to satisfy the increasing demand in the coming period.
