摘要
文中首先分析了我国汽车零部件物流存在的问题,然后结合对汽车零部件物流特点的分析及现阶段不同程度的物流外包形式,提出了基于3PL的汽车零部件物流模式运作流程,即利用3PL处理所有物流相关操作和管理,包括订单处理、仓储操作、配送、库存管理、信息系统管理等。
This article first analyzed problems of auto parts logistics in china,and then based on analyzing the characteristic of the logistics of automotive parts and different outsourcing levels of logistics,the mode of auto parts operation based on 3PL is proposed,i.e.apply 3PL to deal all logistics-related operation and management,including order processing,warehousing operation,distribution,inventory management,information system management.
