西北地区中小企业物流成本管理探析

Thought on the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Logistics Cost Management in Northwest Area

基于物流在中小企业发展中的重要作用,系统分析了西北地区中小企业物流成本管理现状,指出物流成本节约对提高西北地区中小企业的经济效益至关重要。为了促进西北地区中小企业快速发展,文中对其物流成本构成和控制内容的分析,提出了物流成本的管理和优化的对策。

Based on the logistics importance in the enterprise and its development,this paper analyzes systemically the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Northwest area in logistics management and point out that the coat management is very important.In order to promote the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in northwest area,this paper analyzes the cost and control of logistics,and puts forward the logistics cost management and optimizing countermeasures.
