The optimization of enterprise cooperation based on supply chain management

文中围绕着现阶段我国中小企业合作中存在的短期利益的优先性、合作伙伴的临时性、信息交流的片面性、合作过程的间断性以及合作形式的局限性等五方面,分析了我国企业合作中的不足与弊端。继而立足于供应链的产生和发展以及供应链与企业合作存在紧密联系的基础上,围绕着供应链的出现给企业合作带来的整合性与灵活性这两个方面,探讨了供应链的发展给企业合作带来的新的生机。

The article focuses on 5 characteristics of the present medium and small enterprises in China：the priority of short-term profit/benefit,the temporariness of cooperation partner,the unilateralism of （information） communication,the discontinuity of cooperation and the limitation of cooperation form.Also it analyses the deficiencies and defects in the cooperation among enterprises.Afterwards,based on the naissance and improvement of the supply chain as well as the close connection between supply chain and enterprise cooperation,the text probes the supply chain comes into birth which makes the enterprise cooperation integrated and flexible and the improvement of supply chain brings the new vital force for enterprise cooperation.
