我国水上搜救工作现状与对策

文中结合我国水上搜寻救助工作的情况,分析了我国水上搜救力量的组织结构,海事管理机构在水上搜救中的法律责任,简要总结了搜救中存在的问题,并提出了几点改进建议。

As a Maritime Safety Administration （MSA）,CHINA MSA has done a lot in protecting and rescuing the lives of Seaman.This thesis describes the present situation of maritime rescue in China,analyses the existing deficiency and gives some helpful suggestions.
