The Exploring of Integrating the Urban Master Planning and the Systematic Village Planning into the Overall Urban-rural Planning——a case study of Xinzheng City planning

以河南省新郑市规划编制为例,对在县级(含县级市)层面的城市总体规划和村镇体系规划中有关编制内容、审批、操作等不同方面的问题进行分析,并系统阐述了以城乡总体规划整合上述两个规划的必要性和可能性。

Taking the county-level city Xinzheng as a case study,the paper analyzes the problems of the urban master planning and the systematic village planning in various aspects such as contents,approvals and operations,and expounds the necessities and possibilities of integrating these two programs into an overall urban-rural planning.
