摘要
对柞蚕蛹多肽溶液进行了功能性试验。结果表明柞蚕蛹多肽溶液能提高免疫低下小鼠的免疫器官重量和外周血WBC数;明显促进T、B淋巴细胞增殖和产生IL-2的能力,说明柞蚕蛹多肽溶液具有免疫活性,具有抗疲劳、增强免疫力之功效,具有临床应用于治疗易疲劳和免疫力低下等症的潜力。
The functional experiment on Antheraea pernyi chrysalis polypeptide solution was conducted.The results showed that the Antheraea pernyi chrysalis polypeptide solution can increase the weight of immune organs and peripheral blood WBC number of immunocompromised mouse,and obviously enhance the proliferation of spleen lymphocyte T and B and the production of IL-2.It revealed that Antheraea pernyi chrysalis polypeptide solution bears immune activeness and has the effect of anti-fatigue and immunity enhancement which has the potential to be used clinically to ease fatigue and immunocompromised symptom.
