摘要
柞蚕越冬蛹解除滞育后,随着有效积温的不断增加,逐渐向成虫(蛾)发育。通过对不同发育时期精巢、贮精囊及交配囊内的精细胞形态进行观察,了解有核精子和无核精子的形成过程,为柞蚕转基因育种和良种繁育等研究提供理论依据。
Antheraea pernyi pupa is gradually stepped into moth stage with the increase of the effective accumulated temperature after termination of diapauses.In this study,the shape of sperm cells at the testis,seminal vesicle and the mating morphology of capsule stage were observed by microscope.It is tried to learn about the formation of eupyrene sperm and apyrene sperm.It provides a theoretical basis for the transgenic breeding and breeding of Antheraea pernyi.
