零售企业连锁扩张战略风险评价指标体系研究

A research on strategy risk assessment indicators system of retail enterprises' chain expansion

我国连锁零售业已进入扩张经营阶段,国外排名靠前的连锁零售企业,大部分已进入我国,我国连锁零售业公司受到了严峻的生存挑战。要应对这一挑战,我国连锁零售企业就必须保障企业战略的安全性,构建战略风险评价指标体系。本文从评价指标体系的构建原则出发,经过指标体系的初选与精选,构建了扩张经营战略风险评价指标体系,指标体系的初选主要是运用了理论分析法与二手资料分析法,指标体系的精选主要是运用了德尔菲法,最终确定了连锁零售企业扩张经营战略风险评价指标体系。

As many foreign top-ranking chain retail enterprises have entered China,the domestic chain retail companies are faced with the survival challenge.To cope with this situation,China's retail enterprises should first protect the security of their strategies.A risk assessment index system must be established to foresee the potential risks of enterprises' strategy.On the basis of the primary and further selection of indicators systems,this paper has established a strategy risk assessment indicators system of retail enterprises' chain expansion with theoretical analysis,secondary data analysis and Delphi method.
