总部经济概念辨识:二维四方主体视角的研究——兼论促进总部经济发展的政府政策框架

Headquarters economy and its promoting policies: a perspective of multi-dimension bodies

目前学术界关于总部经济存在着多种视角的概念,这在一定程度上引发了学术界和实践界在认识上和行为上的误区。本文首先分析企业组织演变及其动因,然后在此基础上分析企业如何通过实行"脑体分离"以破解城市化进程中所产生的"企业悖论",进而促进了总部经济的形成和发展,接着从二维(企业、区域)四方(总部—制造基地、中心城市—外围城市)主体视角对总部经济概念进行界定,最后提出促进总部经济发展的政府政策框架。

Diverse concepts of headquarters economy in current academia give rise to inaccurate cognition and action.This paper first discusses the evolution and its drivers of corporation structure,and on such a basis analyzes how a corporation dissolves the paradox resulting from the urbanization through the 'division between mental labor and physical labor' which eventually promotes the rise and development of headquarters economy.Then the paper brings forward the new conception of headquarters economy from the perspective of multi-dimension bodies including headquarters,production base,center city and periphery cities,putting forward the policy framework of promoting the development of headquarters economy.
