摘要
目的分析甘油含量对冷冻干燥保存红细胞的作用。方法应用不同浓度甘油(5%、10%、20%、30%和40%)作为红细胞冷冻干燥保存的保护剂,研究冷冻干燥红细胞复水后红细胞形态以及复水后完整红细胞回收情况。结果甘油预处理的红细胞冷冻干燥后复水红细胞结构完整、形态正常,尤以40%甘油最佳,复水后红细胞回收率最高。结论研究为使用甘油作红细胞冻干保存的保护剂提供了初步的理论依据。
Objective Study of glycerol content on the freeze-dried preservation of red blood cells.Methods Using different concentration of glycerol(5%,10%,20%,30%and 40%)for preservation of RBCs freeze-dried agent,to investigate the morphology and resumption of the freeze-dried RBCs after rehydration.Results It showed that glycerol had remarkable effects on the rehydration of the freeze-dried RBCs,that is,the structural integrity and normal morphology of RBCs,particularly the 40% glycerol concentration.Conclusion The study provides fundamental information for the use of glycerol on the preservation of freeze-dried RBCs.
