成人体验学习探略

摘要 体验学习以学习者为中心,注重在情境中体验,以及体验之后的积极反思,符合成人学习主体性、情境性、行动性、反思性的特征。实施成人体验学习应创设具体情境,鼓励成人进行体验,适当引导他们对体验结果进行反思。
