摘要
通过分析中国筵席的发展、演变过程,阐述中国筵席文化的源远流长,博大精深。在此基础上论述我们应倡导健康而科学的饮食原则,设计科学健康的现代筵席菜单。
By analyzing Chinese banquet in terms of its development and evolution,the article states that Chinese banqueting culture is of long standing,well-established,extensive and profound.Further more,healthy and scientific catering principles are always being advocated so as to develop scientific and healthy banquet menu.
