金融危机后,东亚地区形成了以东盟为中心的新一轮经贸合作浪潮,同时东盟通过谋求建立东盟共同体、制定东盟宪章、健全东盟机构、强化东盟权力、推动东盟向欧盟模式转变等措施,以提高其在东亚区域合作中的领导能力。东盟在东亚区域合作中领导地位的形成,是东亚国际力量博弈与东盟积极追求的结果,东盟自身条件也是实现这一目标的重要因素。

After the financial crisis,a new round ASEAN-oriented business cooperative upsurge has taken shape in East Asia.Meanwhile,ASEAN is committed to establishing the ASEAN Community,developing its Charter,perfecting its organizations,strengthenning its power,and promoting its shift towards European Union model with a view to enhancing its leadership in the East Asia regional cooperation,which is attributed to the game of East Asia international strength,ASEAN’s positive pursuit as well as its own conditions.
