On Cultivation of the Teachers in Vocational Colleges Based on Career Development

基于职业生涯发展的高职教师培养有其重要性。按照个体职业生涯发展规律,必须坚持从职前教育(培养"准师")、入职辅导(培养"合师")、职后培训(培养"双师")、专业发展(培养"专师")四大阶段来培养高职教师,同时取得社会、学校、企业三方面的支持和合作。

Cultivation of the teachers in vocational colleges based on career development is of great importance.In light of the law of career development,cultivation of the teachers in vocational colleges should be implemented through four stages,which are： pre-service education,teacher induction,in-service training and professional development.Meanwhile,it should also be dependent on the support of and cooperation with society,colleges and enterprise.
