摘要
本文对目前我国油茶的组织培养研究现状进行总结,从培养条件、培养基、外植体类型、外源激素等方面分析油茶组织培养的特点和影响因素,提出油茶组织培养的研究方向及组织培养技术应用中注意的问题。
This paper summarized the cultivation research situation of Camellia oleifera in China.The authors analyzed the cultivation characteristics and influences of C.oleifera through culture conditions,media,explant types and extra hormone and also put forward the research directions and the noticeable problems in C.oleifera cultivation.
