摘要
针对目前国内在循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统中存在的多变量耦合紧密及时变性强等问题,经过深入研究该锅炉燃烧过程的工艺条件特点,找出了紧密耦合的多变量之间的模糊关系;在分析现有的锅炉微机控制系统算法机理的基础上,结合模糊逻辑控制理论,设计了模糊逻辑自整定PID复合控制算法,并完成整个燃烧控制系统的设计,以期较好地解决负荷控制与温度控制之间的矛盾.实验运行表明该燃烧控制系统达到了预期的目的,可以推广应用于工业现场.
This paper aiming at some problems in the burning system of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler such as variables' inseparable coupling and strong time changing, found out this variables' fuzzy relations by studying the specific properties of burning process. On the basis of analyzing the existing algorithmic mechanisms of boiler computer control systems and mingling the Fuzzylogic control theory, designed the Fuzzylogic self-consolidate PID control algorithm. Then it worked out the designing of whole burning control system so as to settle the contradiction between load control and temperature control. The experimental operation proves the bruning process control system is effective and can be used in industrial field.
