云南省经济发展过程中就业的产业结构变动及影响因素分析

Industrial Structure Change of Employment and the Influence Factor Analysis in the Process of Economic Development in Yunnan Province

通过分析云南省1990—2007年就业的产业结构变动情况,得出其变化特点与就业的产业结构变动的一般规律不同;从经济发展战略、制度惯性的因素、适龄劳动人口增长迅速、文化素质普遍偏低、消费水平落后、乡土文化的存在和自然条件等七个方面因素揭示了影响云南省就业的产业结构变动的原因,并在此基础上提出一些云南省就业的产业结构优化的对策建议。

Through the analysis of Yunnan 1990-2007 industrial structure change of employment,we known that the change characteristics of Yunnan was different to the general rules of industrial structure change of employment.In this article,we revealed the causes that affect the industrial structure change of employment in Yunnan Province,they are economic development strategies,institutional inertia factor,the rapid growth of the school-age workforce,low cultural quality,lagged consumption level,the existence of indigenous culture and natural conditions.We also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions about structural optimization based on the above reasons.
