On the Copyright Protection of Sci-tech Periodicals under the Network Environment

Along with the development of Internet application,the sci-tech periodicals are facing some new problems such as damage the interests of writers and infringement copyright.This paper discussed the copyright problems in periodicals network publishing,and how to use current laws and regulations to safeguard writers＇ copyright under the network environment.
