Predicaments Confronting Jiangxi's Grain Production and Countermeasures

分析江西粮食生产目前面临的主要困境,包括:农民种粮积极性不高、政府抓粮食生产的动力不大、粮食生产的制约因素增多、粮食产业化水平低。在此基础上提出发展的对策:一是要抓住保护和调动农民种粮积极性这一核心,二是夯实农田水利和耕地质量两大基础,三是要实施政策兴粮、科技增粮、产业增效三大战略。

This article first analyzed the main predicaments currently facing grain production in Jiangxi. For example,farmers are not enthusiastic about planting grain crops,the impetus of governments emphasizing grain production was not full,factors restricting grain production have increased,the industrial level of grain production was low,etc. then it proposed some countermeasures. first,efforts must be made to protect and inspire farmers＇enthusiasm in planting grain crops,which is core of the whole issue. Secondly,the two big foundations must be consolidated,namely,irrigation and water conservancy facilities and the cultivated land quality. Thirdly,three grand strategies must be implemented,namely,strategies to promote grain production with policy,to increase grain production with science and technology,and to increase benefit with industrialization.
