技术反哺是工业反哺农业、城市反哺农村的造血机制。农业技术具有不同程度的公共产品属性,技术反哺是一项综合性、系统性、开放性、动态性的工作,要求充分发挥政府、企业、科研院所、离乡群体和社会组织等多重主体的各自优势,采取有效措施,相互配合、分工协作,做到五位一体整体推进。

Technique backfeeding is a self blood-making mechanism through which industry feeds agriculture and city feeds countryside. Agricultural techniques are public goods to a certain extent. The technique backfeeding is a comprehensive,systematic,open and dynamic task,which requires that all parties should ex-ert their strengths and take effective measure so as to achieve best cooperation among governments,enterprises,research organizations and hometown leavers and social groups.
