摘要
"湖泊—流域"系统理念是当今世界上分析湖泊生态系统的新思路,它立足于湖泊生态环境指标,但放眼于整个流域,突出湖泊—流域生态系统的整体性,把流域生态系统和湖泊生态系统作为因果关系。在介绍"湖泊—流域"系统理念及其特点的基础上,参考国内外"湖泊—流域"系统理念的实践应用,提出"湖泊—流域"系统理念在鄱阳湖生态经济区建设中的应用前景:开展鄱阳湖"湖泊—流域"生态系统过程动态研究,构建湖泊生态系统主要参数与流域变化之间的动态模型;开展基于"湖泊—流域"系统理念的流域生态系统评价,探索适应性管理模式;探索科学的生态补偿机制,构建流域上、中、下游不同地区公平的社会经济发展环境。
The "Lake -Basin" systematic concept is a new perspective for assessing the world's lake ecosystem. It uses important limn logical indicators and the whole basin perspective to analyze the causal relationship between lakes and basins. This paper first introduced the "Lake-Basin" systematic concept and its key characteristics and described the practical applications of this concept. It then identified the following potential applications of the concept on the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region:studies on crucial ecological processes in the Poyang Lake Basin System; establishment of dynamic models among the components and among processes; implementation of integrated assessment and application of adaptive management and development of ecological compensation mechanisms to promote fair and balanced social environment among upper,middle and lower region of the Poyang lake basin.
