马克思主义政治经济学认为,利润是剩余价值的转化形式;西方经济学则认为,利润是支付资本、土地等生产要素的报酬。对两者进行比较和融合的探讨,是经济学界的一项重要研究课题。从马克思主义利润学说四个发展过程和西方经济学的利润理论四个发展阶段看其学术意义,分别论述马克思主义利润学说和西方经济学的利润理论,对两者进行比较和融合作初步探讨。

Marxist political economics hold that profit is the transformation of surplus value while western economics insists that profit is made in return for paying the capital,land and other production factors. How to compare and merge the two sets of theories has been an important topic of theoretical studies in economics. The paper first studied the significance of the two theories from examining their four stages of development,then discussed the two profit theories in detail,and finally explored ways to compare and merge the two.
