体育高考生考前焦虑与状态自信心关系的研究

A Study on the between of Precompetitive Anxiety and State Self-confidence of Sports Students Preparing for the Higher Education Entrance Examination

采用马腾斯(Martens)运动竞赛状态焦虑调查表(CSAI-2),对参加体育高考体育加试的徐州考点的55名考生进行不同天的问卷调查.结果表明:体育高考女生的焦虑水平高于男生;认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑随着比赛的深入而升高,状态自信心随着比赛的深入而下降;考前一天体育高考生的躯体状态焦虑水平是区分遗传因数多的短跑与遗传因素少的中长跑项目的因子.
