Neutrality Monetary Policy Serves as the Economic Growth's "Escorts"

通过货币政策为经济增长"冲锋陷阵"的国际、国内的实践考察,认为货币政策不应成为刺激经济增长的工具;主张放弃"货币政策无所不能"的思想,实施"中性"货币政策,通过稳定物价、减少宏观经济波动,为经济发展提供一个可预期的、稳定的货币环境,平滑经济过程,从而为经济增长"保驾护航"。

Through a practical inspection on the monetary policy which aims at the economic growth both international and domestic,this essay holds that monetary policy should not be the tool that stimulates the economic growth,meanwhile,it advocates giving up the thought that ＂the monetary policy is omnipotent＂ and implementing ＂neutrality＂ monetary policy.Through the stable price,the reduced macro-economic fluctuation,this ＂neutrality＂ monetary policy can provide a stable and foreseeable currency environment,smooth economic process,thereby,it serves as the economic growth＇s ＂escorts＂.
