摘要
随着跨国体育关系的发展,国际体育法学作为一门学科的构建成为可能,而且已经有了一定的理论积淀。国际体育法学的学科体系主要包括三个部分,即国际体育法学基础理论、国际体育实体法、国际体育程序法。在构建国际体育法学的学科体系的过程中,仍然存在三个理论上的难题,即国际体育法的法律性、国际体育法学的理论内核和国际体育法学的范围。
With the development of International sports relations,the construction of international sports law becomes possible.International Sports Law system includes three parts,the International sports law basic theory,international sports substantive law and international sports procedural law.In the process of the construction of international sports law system,there are still some theoretical problems.
