卸压封底技术控制底鼓的研究与应用

摘要 分析了兖矿集团济宁二号煤矿沿空巷道的地质条件,提出一种新的控制底鼓技术—卸压封底技术。卸压封底技术是利用巷道围岩在弹塑性变形剧烈期间,提前在巷道底板上开挖一道梯形的卸压槽,当巷道围岩应力重新分布释放时,通过卸压槽松动底板,使巷道围岩弹性能得到释放。在巷道变形进入相对稳定阶段后,为阻止底板岩层流变的继续发生,导致使底板两角逐渐向巷道中间移动,又及时采用底脚支护的方式控制底鼓。解决了沿空掘进巷道底鼓的难题,为今后沿空巷道与软岩巷道的施工探索出一条新的途径。 Analyses the geology condition of roadway along gob area in Jining No.2 coal mine of Yankuang group,puts forward a new kind of control floor heave technology-pressure relief botton sealing.The pressure relief bottom sealing technology is by using the tunnel wall rock during elastoplasticity severe deformation,ahead of time excavates a pressure relief slot of a trapezoidal shape on the tunnel floor,when the tunnel wall rock stress re-distribution release,through the pressure relief slot loose floor,enables the tunnel wall rock elasticity to obtain release.After the tunnel distortion in relatively stable stage,for preventing floor rock rheology continue,lead to bottom corners gradually to the tunnel middle move;Also timely has carried on the bottom supporting,control floor heave.Solves the difficult problem of floor heave in roadway along gob,for the future explore a new way in the construction of roadway along gob and soft rock tunnel.
