近年来,我国的煤矿事故和伤亡人数较以前有所下降,但形势仍不容乐观,煤矿安全状况还有待提高。通过"破窗理论",分析了影响煤矿安全的不利因素,从人、物、环境、管理方面入手,提出了解决方法,旨在对煤矿的安全工作起到指导作用。

In recent years,the number of the coal mine accidents and the casualties have decreased than previous,but the situation is still not optimistic.The safety of coal mines is expected to be improved.This essay analyzes the negative factors which influence the safety of coal mines based on ＂Broken window theory＂.Starting with the analysis of the aspects,such as people,materials,environment and management,the essay lists the solutions to serve to instruct the safety of coal mines.
