摘要
以教学活动和课堂作为认知对象,探讨教学反思、行动研究与有效教学。教师通过积极反思发现问题并探求解决对策,完善教学行为;通过行动理论、反思性教学和教师发展三者的紧密联系进行有效教学和自我完善。
Targeted teaching activity and classroom as cognitive objects, the paper sets out to probe reflection, reflective teaching, action research and effective teaching. Teachers find out problems, seek the solutions and improve the teaching action in the course of active reflection. Besides, teachers should engage in effective teaching and improve themselves based on the close combination of action theory, reflective teaching and teacher development.
