An Investigation on Status and Needs of General Practitioners in Yueyang City

社区卫生服务是我国城市卫生服务的新体系,能最大限度的满足人民群众的健康需求。加强社区卫生服务体系的建设,已成为我国卫生事业改革的重点,而全科医生在社区卫生服务体系中起着重要的作用。本文以岳阳市岳阳楼区社区卫生服务情况为例进行调查分析,旨在反映社会对全科医生的急切需求,并提出加强社区全科医生队伍建设的措施,同时引导高职医学生走基层医疗服务之路,对高职医学生的全科医学教育进行有益的探讨。

Community health service is our new system of urban health service. It can tully meet people＇s health needs. Strengthening community health service system has become the focus of health service reform. General practitioners play an important role in community health service system. In this paper, the author investigated the situation of community health service in Yueyang City, which reflects the urgent needs of general practitioners in society, and proposed measures to strengthen the community general practitioner team-building. Meanwhile, the author also suggest professional medical students serve for primary care services, and make a useful exploration on medical education for higher medical students.
